Are these sentences correctly written?

(You initially want just a date/time. Based on the response, you might ask about it.)

Hi Clive. Yes, the tone is usually formal but not fancy. It can bee seen as a combination of formal and casual.

They use words that a similar to the ones I used in my initial post, and that's is why I would like to know if they are correct.

Your original 3 sentences are not wrong, but a bit wordy. Basically, I agree with wIlpeter's comments.

In particular, #2 seems unnatural and even, to me, a bit silly.
