Sentence Analysis for the Experts

Hi,

Could someone please tell me the function (eg. what is it modifying) of the words, phrases and clauses I have marked below:

For example:



I don't know whether you are free to catch-up tonight or not. (Function: Noun Clause)

a. I'm going whether you like it or not. (?)
b. I don't know whether I should go or whether I should stay. (Function: 2 Noun Clauses??)


c. Most companies have suffered a drop in their profits, even very large companies. (?)
d. It was quite difficult to see, even with the light on. (?)

Sorry, still can't read it. No reason to use colors-- especially light ones. I do just fine completely in black.
