Sentence analysis

"It's during the worst storms of your life that you will get to see the true colors of the people who say they care for you."
— Unknown Author
I saw the above quote on Facebook

It is : dummy subject + verb(how to find the real subject?)
During the worst storms of your life: adverbial prepositional phrase modify the relative clause starting with "that"
That- relative pronoun or subordinator?
That you will get to see the true colours of people- dependent clause
Who say they care for you: relative clause functioning adjectivially and modifying people.
Thanks
