Sentence analysis - 1 qestion

Does it make sense?

My sister keep in mind she wants to get pregnant. But she aren't getting it and now she has been suffering day after day.

I need to maintain the "keep in mind", "pregnant" and "suffer". And I need to use the Present Perfect preferably.
