Hello I`m trying to learn sentence adverbs, and I know that they can be placed in three different locations:at the beginning as in ``Happily ,they advertised in a lot of out of town papers.,at the end,as in `` They advertised in a lot of out of town papers, happily.,and medially as in ``They advertise, happily, in a lot of out of town papers. My problem is that I can`t see no difference in meaning in these three examples. For me, the three sentences have the same meaning. So ,what is the difference in meaning in these three sentences?
Thank you very much.

I see no difference. I wouldn't call them sentence adverbs. They seem to just modify the verb advertised.
