Is this sentence correct:


"The news reached the ears of the King of Spain, and he too became so enthusiastic that he decided to celebrate it, with a banquet in the Palace together with the advisers of this court."

The 'too' suggests that others were also so enthusiastic that they also decided to celebrate with a banquet. That has a lot more people holding a banquet than I think you intended.

Be careful of your commas and capitalizatio
