The terrified people are being herded to the center of the room by the bank robbers yelling at them in Spanish.

Is the sentence phrased in a natural way? Is it grammatical?

anonymousIs the sentence phrased in a natural way?

Probably not. I got stuck on the first three words. Who in the world are "the terrified people"? The rest seems all right. I would have started with "People are being herded" and then stuck the 'terrified' part somewhere else in the sentence, or maybe in a separate sentence.
