Hello. Could you please let me know whether the sentence below sounds ok?
Some partners choose to limit the level of cooperation just to Political Dialogue (...or to the level of the Political Dialogue)

It sounds OK. I don't think you have to repeat 'the level of' as in your parenthetical version of the sentence. I see no reason to capitalize Political Dialogue .

I see no reason to capitalize Political Dialogue. Why not just political dialogue?
