Hello,

Are the following suggestions grammatically correct?

1. In order to enable teaching staff’s attendance in upgrading courses conducted in the framework of the NATO program, necessary actions should be taken to bring their level of English up.

2. The teaching staff should be sent to education centers of NATO countries with the aim of studying modern teaching methodologies that could be implemented in the national education system.
