I have downloaded the files. I have a query regarding the manuscript. According to the agreement the trim size for the book is 9 x 6.

But the trim size for the submitted files are” 8.5 x 11”.. If you wish to publish the manuscript with 9 x 6 trim size then we have to reflow the text a bit and it will be affect the page numbers for the Index also . Can we use the trim size 11 x 8.5 for the book. Then no need to reflow the text or typeset the whole chapters. Please let me have your views on this
