Say eg
"I am told that some of the electronic tablets sent to Bangalore for reconfiguration have not arrived yet."

But if you want to state it strongly as a fact, remove 'I am told that'.

Thank you,Clive.

I want the person to know that initially all the tablets were sent. Some have arrived and some haven't.

That is why I wrote 'of the total number'

Can you help?

It might be preferable to write it as:

"I am told that some of the total number of electronic tablets sent to Bangalore for reconfiguration, have not reached there yet."

I suggest
eg Although the correct number of electronic tablets was sent to Bangalore for reconfiguration, some of them have not arrived yet."

You can't just say have not reached.
Say
eg
0
Thank you, Clive.
Thank you,Bill.
