Hi
Please tell me if this sentence sounds natural.

Context: This is the reply to the person who has requested the person in command at school, to consider his child's health condition ( The child has some health problems) and show due consideration when necessary.

I will ensure your child gets due consideration and support with regard to his health condition.

The use of "command" in this context, is odd. It's not really a wording that native speakers use. You could mention that someone is in charge of a school. They would be a principal in North American English, or, a headteacher in British English.
