Context: This is the reply to the person who has requested the person in command at school, to consider his child's health condition ( The child has some health problems) and show due consideration when necessary.

vsureshThis is the reply to the person who has requested the person in command at schoolThe use of "command" in this context, is odd. It's not really a wording that native speakers use. You could mention that someone is in charge of a school. They would be a principal in North American English, or, a headteacher in British English.
