In BrE, "Have you got a ..?" is the norm in conversation. "Do you have a ... ?" is a slightly more formal-sounding style, but still perfectly acceptable. "Have you a ... ?" is less natural and feels a bit old-fashioned or affected.

It is said that "Have you got a ... ?" is less usual in AmE, where "Do you have a ... ?" is said to predominate.

CalifJimBy the way, it's more idiomatic to transfer the negation from the subordinate clause to the main clause in expressions like "think (that)" and "believe (that)". Thus, B is more idiomatic than A below.A. I think got is not required.B. I don't think got is required.
