Have you studied direct speech and indirect/reported speech yet?
If not, you need to.

In indirect speech, you don't ask the question. You just tell us about the question by using a noun clause.

Hello, Rajesh Jain:

Tom: Do you know where we are going?

Mona: What did you say? I didn't hear you.

Tom: I asked if/whether you knew where we were going.
