Sentence

I will complete my work first week of next month. So I think I need not to stay two more months here. Because I have to join for a job end of next month in japan.

As far as the reasoning goes, I don't see a causal connection at the point you use "because". I would change that. I think you intended to write this: I'll be completing my work during the first week of next month so I don't think I'll need to stay here another two months.

As far as the reasoning goes, I don't see a causal connection at the point you use "because". I would change that. I think you intended to write this:

I'll be completing my work during the first week of next month so I don't think I'll need to stay here another two months. And besides, I have a job to get to in Japan at the end of next month.
