Sentence

Hello,

Could you please review this sentence?

Mexico is the market where we were furthest away from leadership due to the investments made by our competitors in new capacity that have either recently been completed or are still in the pipeline.

My doubts are related mainly to:

furthest away: shouldn't it be "farthest away" or both forms are correct?

that have either recently been completed or are still in the pipeline: I would have written "that either have recently been completed or are still in pipeline" but I'm not sure.

Many thanks for your help.

Rui.
