"Please contact [either] Mr. Jones or me" is fine, but if you want to emphasize your own role you can use myself.

Please contact Mr. Jones or myself?

Please contact me or Mr.Jones. (By putting 'me' first, it is obvious that 'me' is the word to use.)

You do not say "Please contact myself."
