Sentence

Hello,
I was doing a reading test, and I came across with this. I am not really sure if it really is a mistake, and that's wh I am asking you.
''The name Lego comes from Danish phrase which means X.''
Let's omit the x for now. Isn't there supposed to be an article, like a/the ? Between from and Danish ? I am confused because this test was provided by the biggest company that makes national standardized tests in a country in Europe !

Yes, there should be an article or other determiner before 'Danish'. Even the most professional publishers sometimes fail at proofreading.
