Sir,

1.The old lady stood (happily/patiently/alone/straight/angiry) at bus for three hours.


Which one is correct choice given inside the bracket.

I think you mean 'at the bus stop'. Straight is the only one that does not work. How do you stand straight - well, I guess it means very upright and 'to-attention' but it would be a bit odd here.
