Sentece correction

Hello Forums!

I would like your help with the following because I am not sure if they are properly written.

1) Talking on longevity, I have written "that is one of the fields that medicine works in". Does that make sense?

2) Instead of saying "this should be taken into account", I wrote "this should be taken into credit", in the sense that we should consider something. Are those expressions interchangeable?

3) Does "wishful evolution" mean the same as "desirable evolution" or something different?

Top answer

1) It makes sense, but I would probably make 2 changes. In most cases, we use "this" to refer to a previous idea in the text. " 2) No, we would only use the first sentence to express this meaning.

  • 3) I guess?
  • Evolution is really not a frequent word in English so you'd have to give the whole sentence for me to know if it works or not.
