When I read the sentence below I'm not sure what the name "sense of Ireland" refers to? Does it refer to the name of the festival or is it the name of the chamber of commerce, I would say it's the former?
EG: Luckily we were added to the bill of a small festival in London promoted by the Irish Chamber of Commerce called "A Sense of Ireland". --- Is it the name of the Chamber or the name of the festival????
Thank you

I say it's the name of the festival - the Irish Chamber of Commerce already has a name (and that is 'the Irish Chamber of Commerce' ).
