Sensation?

Hi! everyone.
Could you tell me what "sensation" in this sense means?
I was flicking through the channels this evening and came across an ad(5-hours energy shots(an energy drink). I heard the narrator saying,
"Focus is a sensation of clarity and alertness"
Through the dictionary, I came to know that sensation means "a physical feeling" therefore, does the narrator mean that once we drink it; we will feel clarity and alertness e:g when we are playing an entangling game like chess.
Thanks!

The original statement is:- Focus is a wondrous sensation of clarity and alertness. No drink (Unless medicated - with side effects) can give that. This statement has nothing to do with the drink.

Yes. You will feel that your mind is clear, that you are alert, not tired or sleepy. I can't speak for the example with chess, but if playing chess makes you alert and clears your mind, then for you it's

Thanks for a helpful reply CJ.
Actually I meant to say that drinking 5-hour drink will help you feel alert and think clearly while trying to achieve an edge over the opponent.

Yes, that appears to be the claim of those who manufacture that product!
