Hello, and welcome to English Forums. I don't know how the job application process works in your country, but in the US, this would be thrown in the trash (or hopefully the recycling bin) immediately. It is not up to the hiring manager to read through your resume and figure out where you might be able to work.

  • It is up to YOU to find out what positions are open and then to show the person reading your letter how your experience matches the needs of the position.
  • You can also write a more general letter, asking, for example if there are any positions for a research chemist, or a construction manager -- whatever your field is.
