Sending an email for missed deadline

Hi,
I would like to send an email for a master program abroad starting in April. Nevertheless the deadline for this program was until October 15, but i found about this program a few hours ago. If you can help me to write the email, the others documents I have prepared, more or less.

I just found for this master program in .., Germany starting in April 2015. I am truly sorry for missing last month’s deadline for application within your faculty and I am hoping you are still able to process my documents in case the program is not yet full, and spaces are still available. The reason I am applying for the spring semester is because after ending my job I decide to continue with my studies at the university of SS. …, department of Monetary Economics, starting in January. My primary intention was for conducting my masters studies abroad, preferable in Germany, but due to some procrastination with my work contract I almost abandoned this idea. However I was determined that in January I would be already enrolled at the postgraduate studies in my hometown, because it was already late for applying abroad for the spring semester, and September looked far away. This was just until I found about this program at the university of ... Although I am aware that the same program is offered at the beginning of September, I would like to start with my studies If there is a space in a short time from now.
I hope you are still able to accept and review my application, which I have attached to this email.
