I work as a hotel reception.
Could you please check if the below expression is intelligible for a reply to a guest who wishes to send a parcel before arrival?

1)Please see to it that the delivery will be made on one day prior to your arrival at the earliest .Shipments sent to arrive at the hotel before the day will be refused due to limited storage space.

2)Please specify delivery time any time during our front desk hours on your delivery ticket.

This is a guest, not an employee, you are speaking to. You should be less curt and more helpful.

1) Please arrange for the delivery to be made one day prior to your arrival. Shipments arriving earlier must be refused due to limited storage space.

2) Please specify delivery time within our front desk hours (X am to Y pm)
