Where in the world did you get this? This combination of words is hardly found anywhere outside of legal contexts such as books about law.

I advise dropping 'prerogative'.

Also, to attend a meeting, you have to go to the place of the meeting. Everyone knows that, so you don't need to spell it out in such detail.

This is all you need: It's my decision, so you have to attend the meeting.

You can use prerogative, however, but in a different way.

It's my prerogative to make the decision, so you have to attend the meeting.
