I am trying to write an invitation letter to a seminar and was woundering if someoe can help me with it. I have a draft so if someone can give me the feed back(spelling, gramma ect please feel free to corected)

We are pleased to inform you that our company planning to conduct the seminar on Information Technology in sphere designing the information systems. The date is undertaking form (date) to (date). In the seminar there will be presented reports of that companies which will provoke the most interest in IT specialist. In the program of the seminar - an undertaking training for specialist.

The purpose of our seminar and training to acquaint the participant and raise their level in system IT the methods of the designing IT consulting and personnel control. Such subject shall are touched on length of the whole seminar as:

" Control IT, as one of the functional zones to activity in companies " Particularities to activity IT department.

" Typical purposes, tasks, functions, problems.

" Particularities of the interaction with other functional subsystem of the enterprise. The Typical organizing structures.

" Control separate functional zone " Notion of the information system

" Methods of the designing IS (designing to activity, flow and structures given) " Introducing the corporative information system " Types, examples, particularities of the designing and introduction

The participation in most seminar does not require the payment. All are further expenses of the participant including: travel accommodation and food are produced from their own expenses. The further information about the seminar’s timetable and training and actual location you will get to you by email as soon as you will send the acknowledgement about participation.

i am not good at writing so request you to help mee with this.

My company is planning to do road shop at multiple location(city) and have to invite partner from the region to attend it and send acceptance mail after getting the acceptance

I also have the problem with my writing, and I find out that you read a lot you will gain more ideas to write. If you lazy to read you can't write.
