Semicolon and should I start sentence with a conjunction question

I'm transcribing an audio and I'm new to the idea of semicolons so I'd like some help please.

Za dom spremni, thank you, and god bless, and thank you to all the teachers, staff, and all of you, the students and parents who have made this journey possible. Thank you very much.

OR

Za dom spremni, thank you, and god bless, and thank you to all the teachers; staff; and all of you, the students and parents, who have made this journey possible. Thank you very much.

OR

Za dom spremni, thank you, and god bless. And thank you to all the teachers, staff, and all of you, the students and parents, who have made this journey possible. Thank you very much.

Should I go with semicolons? My instructions say, "ALWAYS use the Oxford comma." The use of the Oxford comma is to not confuse items in a list, and "all of you, the students and parents" is one item, and "who have made this journey possible," pertains to the "teachers," "staff," and "all of you, the students and parents." So will using semicolons be the best with eliminating confusion here, or what? Thanks in advance.

For what it's worth, I found it easy to read the one with just commas, no confusion at all.
