Semi-colons and Bullets

We are having a debate in my office regarding the following letter: Are the semi-colons necessary? Do the bullets replace any necessary punctuation?

Enclosed is the Quarterly Valuation for the period ended March 31, 2004. The individual statements will be sent directly from *** to each participant’s home address.

The valuation reflects the following:

· 401(k) Contribution of $2,669.94;
· Safe Harbor Profit Sharing Contribution of $1,567.64;
· Employer Profit Sharing Contribution of $32,043.83; and
· Transfer-in of $262,547.87.
