Semi colon usage
Would this semi-colon usage work here? If not, how can I rephrase or punctuate correctly?
All other vegetables can be prepared using this same method of: halving vertically, slicing vertically, and dicing horizontally; excluding the mushrooms, which are sliced top to stem only.
