Is there a semantic difference between the following two sentences?

1. I am working as a store detective in ABC Store since Jan 2017.

2. I have been working as a store detective in ABC Store since Jan 2017.

What about the following two?

3. I am a store detective in ABC Store.

4. I have been a store detective in ABC Store.
