Letter Writing

selling my car

Hi,

I am selling my car next week. To be on the safe side, I want the buyer's signature on this letter should he have an accident.

I Mr.Sachin Sawant have sold my Tata Indica to Mr.Jaiwant Khan on 17/09/2007 at 3pm. This car has 50000kms on it.

Then state 'sold as seen'. This means that you make no guarantees as to its condition.
