Unless they are new words related to the term "selfy" (meaning a photograph of oneself), I don't think they mean anything.

The preferred spelling seems to be 'selfie', so a selfier is someone who does it.

'Selfying' probably looks better than 'selfiing', though the double 'i' in 'skiing' is just fine.
