I have joined a company and need to introduce myself to our client at the first day of work by email?

Can I say,

Dear Mr XXX,

This is Natalie, the new Senior Merchandiser from XX company. I will be taking the role of Mary and serve your account from now on. I wish to take a moment to introduce myself and to say hello.

Please feel free to contact me at (phone/ email) if I can be of any assistance.

I look forward to working with you soon.

Thank you for your attention.

In a business context, never introduce yourself just as 'Natalie'. Give your first and last name. Just using your first name in a business introduction makes you seem like a weak and unimportant person.
