Self decency

I was watching a video on youtube and one guy called a Muslim guy (who was going to court) a terrorist and the Muslim guy yelled at him in anger and said to him, 'I've never been to court in my life have some self decency'

What is the meaning of 'decency' in the above sentence?

'I've never been to court in my life have some self decency ' It's not a common English collocation, in my experience. " My guess is that he feels that his personal moral character keeps him within the law and out of court, and that anyone who must go to court must lack this self-discipline. I have no idea how Islam fits into the picture.

It's not a common English collocation, in my experience. I usually hear "self-respect," or "Have you no decency?"
