Selection criteria statement: grammar

0 Hi from Brisbane (Australia)02br

00I am applying for a job. One of the points to address in the selection criteria reads as follows:02br
02br
00"Demonstrated ability to write grammatically and logically and efficient administrative skills."02br
02br
00I know my grammar is terrible. I have little, or no, grammatical knowledge. However, is the criteria quoted above grammatically correct? I find it difficult to read. It seems dis-jointed. Does it have too many "ands"?02br
