Seen + participle

I saw two articles written on paper like below. Sincerely need someone's help in answering my few inquiries.

Example A: Time for a top up: Melanie Griffith spotted outside beauty salon offering chemical peels
She's known for her quest to stay young. The 54-year-old was seen parked outside Skin Apeel By Laura in Santa Monica yesterday.

Example B: She was always a tomboy! Fresh-faced Kristen Stewart seen aged 12 in one of her first interviews
Aside from her different hair, the star is instantly recognisbale with her porcelain skin, sweet smile and awkward stance in a clip of the interview.

In Example A, I would like to know if "parking" should be used in lieu of "parked".

In Example B, if the headline is re-written into sentence, pls advise if the following is correct.
Fresh-faced Kristen Stewart was seen aged 12 in one of her first interviews

Thanks in advance
