Seen or saw?

Just talking on the phone I said to my Dad you haven't saw the new estate yet have you? He immediately corrected me saying you mean you haven't seen the new estate yet. Is this grammatical correct? Can I not say I saw anything?my partner also corrects me on this. So I really need to know as I keep saying it. Thank you
