seems to be

Hey!

I have just checked the weather report and want to say: "But sunday seems to be a rainy day" can I say it like that? or do I have to use:"It seems that sunday will be a rainy day..."

Thanks!

A better way to say it: "It looks as though Sunday will be a rainy day."

The correspondence is not exact because of the "will". I'd say that you'll have to use "It seems that ...".

It seems that ... with a present tense corresponds better when transformed that way.
