Seem to V3?

Hello everyone.

You seem to played football.

You seem played football.

You seem to have played football.

What I'm trying to say is that the guy who I'm referring to played football or at least seems so. I guess the first one is incorrect, but I'm not sure about the second one. Would anybody help please? Also, how could I say if I want to use the perfect tense? You seem to have had played football?

Thanks.
