Seem

Something wasn't seem correct to me.

Something didn't seem correct to me.


Which one is correct, I suppose the first one. And if second as well please explain with example in what circumstances should we use this.

The first one is wrong.

"seem" is a verb, so to negate it you normally need a proper form of the auxiliary "do":
