Seeking grammar correction!

Hi! I'm reading about english grammar to polish my skills, I've not written a lot of text and recently got interested in writing books. But writing books without good grammar is bad, but if you don't write, you won't be able to improve much, what a dilemma!

Here is the text I wrote from an assignment from the grammar book I am studying:

A paragraph about a job I am interested in.

A superman

I imagine the world as my workplace, it would give me a lot to work with.
Prevent traffic accidents all around the globe, save people from various disasters etcetra.
It is not little responsibility to take on, but it would give me many nights of good sleep.
Some would not like this idea, a great deal of criminals and their organisations would consider my endeavours to be much damage to their criminal activities. Also, a few friends might consider themselves as targets by criminals who want to stop me. They don't understand, their fear exist because someone before me got cold feet. A lot of evil can't suddenly exist out of nowhere, it is something that starts out small and people allow it to grow. We like to think that evil is cured by fear of punishment, but that is far from true. Evil is cured by good, as ignorance is cured by knowledge. As a superman, I aspire to educate and help people all around the world, so that we may have a brigther future by tomorrow.
