Seeking foreign EFL publishers

Hello,
I am looking for the names/web sites of any foreign publishers of EFL teaching materials for some research I'm doing (foreign=not based in an English-speaking country). Longman, Oxford, Macmillan etc. are easy to find, but my brief is foreign publishers.

  • Many foreign publishers maintain a mailing address in BANA countries in order to promote the possible illusion that they are NOT foreign publishers (they usually prefer to call themselves "international publishers," for similar reasons).
