Hi,
I would like a check about this letter that i want to send to an ex bos to ask if he will have any positon available with him for the next few months.

Am sending my cv for your reference in case you will have any position available in you company.
As you know am wotking as culinary instructor, but this job is no more interesting for me, and i want to go back to hotel operation, that's why i thought that working you will be a great opportunity for me rebuild my career as chef.
I alway consider working with you is a great experience for me.
