Seeking for help in ESL vocabulary testing.

Honorable teachers and professors:

I am a College English Teacher in China. Recently, I am interested in testing my students' vocabulary knowledge. I know that the breadth of their vocabulary knowledge is easy to measure. Now, my question focus on measuring the depth of students' vocabulary knowledge.

As documented in the literature, Read's (1993, 2000) Word Associates Format is a good measuring instrument. But I find it difficult to find this tool. Would you please send me a copy of the test material if you happen to have it?I will be very grateful. I promise that your material will be used strictly for private research purposes and I respect the intellectual property rights.
