Seeking comments on the short reply email for indoor air quality

I would like to seek someone's comments on the grammar and sentence structure for the following short reply email.

Referring to the indoor air quality (IAQ) report of ABC building, site measurement conducted on 03 Oct 2020. For the level of carbon dioxide (CO2), three sampling points out of a total of eight sampling points were found exceeding 1000ppmv.

By conducting site investigations, we found that two air conditioners of a total of four air conditioners were switched off at ABC building, 6/F on 10 Dec 2020 at 10:00 and 18 Dec 2020 at 14:00. According to the design of the air conditioners, each air conditioner was designed to serve the different areas of the office on 6/F.

In light of the current situation, I propose the measures below to improve the level of carbon dioxide in the office.

1. Switching on four air conditioners on 6/F
2. Cleaning the four air conditioners including the air duct, cooling coils & blowers on 6/F
