Seeking comments on grammar & sentences structure (energy conservation)

I would like to seek someone’s comments on grammar and structure for the following sentences.

In my present job, I am taking the lead to support energy conservation for the buildings and the resistance of climate hysteria:-

• Promote and implement emission reduction opportunities in office, such as switching the air conditioning off in unoccupied areas.
• Promote and implement emission reduction opportunities in plant room and lobby such as escalated indoor temperature
• Promote and implement global warming potential reduction opportunities in the air conditioning system, for example using air conditioners with environmental friendly refrigerant.
