Referring to the comparison of tender results obtained by the Financial Department as shown below, three (3) contractors were invited to quote the replacement work under the same scope of works.
For the tender interview with both lowest bidders on 19 Dec 2022, we have four team members including Peter, Ivan, Ian, and Sam, partaking in the interview and making the following comments on the technical aspects of the generator off-load test.
Although XYZ’s company was NOT the lowest bidder in this tender, we concluded the performance of XYZ’s company was better than ABC’s company according to the technical review.
Finally, it is recommended that XYZ's company shall be awarded this tender in terms of the company's resources, capability, and scale. We would like to seek your approval.
