Seeking comments on a short reply email regarding maintenance conducted during the daytime

I would like to seek someone's comments on the following email regarding a reply to clients to seek approval for the maintenance conducted during the daytime.

Thank you for your email of 01 Oct in which you express concerns about the details of UPS’s maintenance and avoiding the service interruption of centers at the ABC building.

For the UPS system, there are the term contractor and in-house staff partaking in the monthly maintenance which includes recording the current status and condition of the UPS system, visual checking the unit, cleanliness of the unit, checking the parts, and the basic operational service of the unit.

Undoubtedly, sufficient resources and swift response should be the pros of maintenance during office hours. Therefore, all the maintenance of the UPS systems is commonly arranged during office hours and also maintains a record of zero service interruption of critical equipment in telecom buildings. Please earnestly consider sustaining the maintenance of the UPS system during office hours.
