I would like to seek comments on the grammar & sentence structure for the following email.
Dear Alfred
As reported by ABC company dated 03 Dec 20, the performance of the air conditioner has been diminished dramatically due to the parts of the unit falling into serious deterioration on the building. For the recent record provided by ABC company, the air conditioner was permitted to operate as limited as 25 percent capacity on account of the higher refrigerant pressure and the poor heat rejection.
In view of the operation history of the air conditioning system in 2020, two of the total of three air conditioners were the minimum operation requirement to meet the cooling load demand of the building.
In order to prevent any service interruption, please consider replacing the deteriorated parts of the air conditioner.

For the recent record provided by ABC company , In that report, they recommended that the air conditioner be limited to operate at was permitted to operate as limited as 25 percent capacity on account of the higher refrigerant pressure and the poor heat rejection.
